at77 offers the following self-exclusion options: 6 months, 1 year, 3 years, 5 years, or a permanent self-exclusion with no automatic end date. Once you've chosen, confirm your selection with the support agent. There is no penalty for any choice.
Your at77 account will be restricted within 24 hours of your request. Login will be blocked, deposits will be declined and you will be removed from all at77 marketing lists immediately. If you have a balance, it will be available for withdrawal before the restriction activates.
at77 will not send any promotional emails, SMS, bonus notifications or any other marketing communication during your self-exclusion period. If you receive anything from at77 during this time, contact support immediately so we can investigate and correct it.
At the end of a fixed-term self-exclusion, your account will not automatically reactivate. You must contact at77 support to request reactivation, which includes a 24-hour cooling-off period after the request before access is restored. at77 will never proactively invite an excluded player to return to the platform.
Important: Once a self-exclusion is active, at77 cannot reverse it early — even if you request it. This is intentional. The purpose of self-exclusion is to create a real barrier, not a symbolic one. If a permanent self-exclusion is in place, reactivation is not possible under any circumstances.
